Driveways - Residential

Application to construct driveway access within the public footpath verge (nature strip) from the road carriage way to the property boundary.

The Hills Shire Council allows Private Certifiers to issue a Complying Development Certificate for a property before a vehicle crossing application is lodged with Council, however a vehicle crossing application must be made and the driveway must be constructed before the Occupation Certificate is issued.

NOTE: Contractors details are required to proceed with this application.

Application to allow customers access to public land reserves.
Example: For residents to access the back of their property through a park/reserve.
