Request a certificate online including 10.7 Planning Certificates, Section 603 Certificates and Certificate of Outstanding Orders 735A. If you order regularly, this process is faster when you're registered.
 
Lodge Application
Proceed to make lodgement for driveways, public land access and/or requesting a copy of rates notice. This excludes development applications which are to be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.

DA tracker for applications including townhouse, dwellings, swimming pools, subdivisions and other minor structures. Available also to view are driveways and public land access.

Perform a general enquiry search on a property.
 
Lodge Request
