IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Please be advised that due to end of financial year process, ePathway services will be unavailable from 2pm, Friday 28th June 2024.

Services unavailable: s10.7 Planning Certificates, s603 Rates Certificates & s735A Outstanding Orders Certificates, Payments, Application lodgment, DA Searches and Payment of Council Rates

Services will be available on 1st of July 2024.

Make a Payment
Proceed to make a payment for rates, application and/or invoices. Please have your reference number ready.

Request a certificate online including 10.7 Planning Certificates, Section 603 Certificates and Certificate of Outstanding Orders 735A. If you order regularly, this process is faster when you're registered.
 
Lodge Application
Proceed to make lodgement for driveways, public land access and/or requesting a copy of rates notice. This excludes development applications which are to be lodged via the NSW Planning Portal.

DA tracker for applications including townhouse, dwellings, swimming pools, subdivisions and other minor structures. Available also to view are driveways and public land access.

Perform a general enquiry search on a property.

You acknowledge that because of the nature of the internet and third party dependencies, Council does not warrant that access to or use of the Service will be continuous or uninterrupted. From time to time the Service may not be available due to upgrades or maintenance.

Council reserves the right to change any aspect of the Service, including modifying, suspending, replacing or terminating the Service as well as imposing any fee for access to the Service. Council will have no liability to you if the Service is modified, suspended, replaced or terminated. You agree to waive all rights you may have against Council in respect of any such action taken by Council.
